This course is a comprehensive, experience-based approach to caring for horses through holistic and natural methods. Designed for horse owners, caretakers, and equine enthusiasts, it focuses on building long-term health, resilience, and wellbeing by addressing the whole horse—body, mind, and environment.

Using the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) ear acupuncture protocol, this gentle practice stimulates five specific points on each ear that have traditionally been used to support relaxation, emotional balance, resilience, and overall well-being. Two sessions are offered: 11:00 am and 12:15 pm. Six people per session. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Equine Assisted Reiki sessions offer a peaceful space to slow down alongside the calming presence of horses. Interested in experiencing a session with someone else? Sessions for two or more people may be available by special request. Please email Cristina at furtadoreiki@gmail.com

SE Practitioner Roundtable is a live online gathering for Somatic Healing practitioners and other relationship-centered professionals who want to deepen their practice in the company of others.

Frequency Awareness for Those Awakening — An intimate exploratory sound circle discussing the intersection of cymatics, feelings and energy fields.

Join us at Equinimity in midtown Tucson for a three hour experiential workshop with the horse herd. We'll explore Dimensional Frequency Expansion (DFE), use the voice as a tool for healing, and experience a group Emerald Activation to open the heart center and deepen our connection to love, compassion, and our unique heart frequency. The horses will support the experience through their calming presence and natural energetic connection.
