    NADA EAR ACUPUNCTURE

NADA Hour offers a quiet, restorative space to pause, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.

Using the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) ear acupuncture protocol, this gentle practice stimulates five specific points on each ear that have traditionally been used to support relaxation, emotional balance, resilience, and overall well-being.

Whether you're navigating stress, seeking deeper rest, or simply creating space to slow down, NADA offers an opportunity to experience the healing power of stillness.

    The Five Points

Each point supports the body's natural capacity for regulation and balance.

    • Sympathetic

Encourages nervous system regulation and supports a shift toward rest and restoration.

    • Shen Men

Promotes calm, emotional ease, and relaxation.

    • Kidney

Supports resilience, courage, and inner steadiness.

    • Liver

Encourages emotional balance, flexibility, and healthy energy flow.

    • Lung

Supports breath, renewal, and the gentle integration of grief and change.

No previous acupuncture experience is necessary. Come as you are and allow yourself the opportunity to simply rest, receive, and reconnect.

    What to Expect

Claire will place very teeny tiny needles in both ears and you will then be invited to rest and relax for 40ish minutes while the needles do their magic! During your AcuNap, Claire will lead the group on a guided meditation journey to enhance your rest! For those that are nervous about needles, Claire can provide the alternative "Beads and Seeds!" A small adhesive tape with a seed is placed on the points instead.
