    The Safe and Sound Protocol uses non-invasive, filtered music to gently activate pathways in the brain and body. This supports the nervous system, fosters a sense of safety, reduces sensory sensitivities, and improves an individual's ability to connect and engage with the world. Sessions are adapted by the provider in real time to honor the comfort and needs of each individual, always with a reassuring and supportive presence.
